Refund policy

Please choose your purchase carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, or are different to the product purchased on the website. All returns must be processed with an RA number. Any orders returned without an RA number will not be accepted. Please email sentbyaria@gmail.com with any return requests.
